April Word Count

The month is not over yet, but I wanted to get a head start before the end of the week. I'll update on the first of May, and share screen caps covering my documented word count.

At this very moment, I have written roughly 16k words! And I'm expecting to hit 20k by the end of the month, ideally up to 30k. Last month was around 25k, which seems to be the sweet spot. However, I am trying to challenge myself more with this year long challenge.

I'm also considering participating in WeblogPoMo next month. It's essentially a challenge to write a blog day everyday (or as frequently as you can manage) in a month. You can read more about it here! I'm not entirely sure what I'll write about, or if I'll even share those posts on my main blog, but I'll work something out.

Update, April 30th:

I missed a day of writing, due to work fatigue! I'll try to get some writing done tonight, but there's no guarantee I'll hit that sweet 20k! Hopefully I can prove that wrong.

Update, May 1st:

Sadly I didn't hit 20k like I desired, but still close! Here's hoping May is better.
